New Midday Yoga Flow Class

Come and do something that is good for your body and your mind. Whether you are looking to change up your routine, try something new or already understand the benefits of yoga, join Stephanie Javaheri (RYT 200) for an invigorating yoga flow incorporating mindfulness and breathing.

This class incorporates flowing poses linked with breath awareness. An emphasis on the basics to create a balance of strength, flexibility & alignment. Great for beginners to all levels of students wanting to incorporate some midday mindful movement.

About Stephanie

My yogic journey began nearly 20 years ago. Initially, it was just a physical practice to complement my busy and athletic lifestyle. While I still enjoy and benefit from this physical practice, yoga has undoubtedly transformed my inner being. Yoga has brought a passionate shift in mindfulness and a discipline of gratitude. It is this passion as a student of yoga that brought me to teaching. I aim to create classes for every student that leaves them feeling calm, centered and energized. My belief is that yoga is for everyone, not just yogis or athletes.  While one can expect a mental and physical challenge in my class, I don’t believe in taking life too seriously. Off the yoga mat I enjoy open water swimming (sans sharks), fulfilling my creative energy with encaustic painting and keeping up with my three awesomely wild and crazy boys!
